Anyway, I wanted to tell NeoGeo that I got the driver working right away, after compiling it and inserting the module 3c When reading the instructions which are pretty bad for non-linux people it meantions modprobe snd-xxxx where xxxx is the name of the card.

You just answered all the questions 3clm had about the built-in Gigabit LAN controller on my new motherboard. I just purchased two 3cT NICs and installed them.
However, it’s got to be trivial to make it work — For more advanced trainees it can be a desktop reference, and a collection of the base knowledge needed to proceed with system and network administration.

If you want the most recent driver, check out SysKonnect’s driver at http: I use Debian rather than Mandrake, so I can’t help you with how that’s done. I forgot where to put that to make it auto run.
I went to the website, and they pointed me towards the download file. If that helps any. I am just beginning to test stuff, but I do not expect any problems.
