Poster rated this answer. The board I ordered on ebay arrived on time, well packed and in great condition. Either a7j8x-e that is fixed. I did remove them and tried again before I posted.

If you wish that level of assistance, then I would ask that you data how to take digital pics of what you are seeing on-screen and post them on the forum so that I can see exactly what you are seeing.
Saa jumpers blue could be blocked if a PCI card is installed. The windows disk is clean. Now since you have Ghosted the drive the SATA drivers are not being loaded into the initial start up file so the installation is not seeing any of the SATA drives at all and is reporting that you have no HDD a7n8x–e. Check that the jumper is set on the correct two pins to enable the use of the SATA ports. Only file that loaded was sir.
So if you have a videocard with a large cooler, you may end up losing the first PCI slot as a result see above image. I see the new option for raid or scsi, I have that enabled. I find this extremely inconvenient and inefficient as a consumer because in order to adjust something as simple as disabling SATA, you need to not only switch the jumper to the appropriate spot, but also change the appropriate setting in the BIOS. I would have preferred to have seen diagnostic LEDs on the motherboard or on the back panel instead. It should be easily achievable.
