In moue to VaisakhanThampi’s post on July 14, How satisfied are you with this reply? I suggest you to install the latest driver for the Dell Bluetooth Travel mouse and check.
Dear Abdul-Malik, Sorry that I still cannot resolve it. Press Start and select Device Manager. Now that I have set it as a start-up program, it works.

I figured out that the real issue was, I had disabled the ‘set point’ software in the list of start-up programs by running ‘msconfig’. I have updated the driver twice, but to no use. Although the issues pointed out in my last comment mkuse persists, I could resolve the original issue in this thread. How satisfied are you with this response? Thanks for marking this as the answer. Let us know if you have any further query on Windows. That is, my mouse is able to auto-connect on traveo start-up now.
The issue must be occurring due to the changes made to the power management settings of Bluetooth driver.
